Delivered Orders & Missing Parcels

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered successfully delivered and responsibility transfers to the customer.

If a parcel is marked as delivered but not received, the issue must be reported within 72 hours of the delivery confirmation.

Claims reported after this time may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
